This day would explore upcountry and all the majesty of Haleakala. Our day would begin by visiting surfing goat dairy where we could sample their internationally awarded cheeses after seeing how they were made, pet the baby goats and maybe even indulge in some of their exquisite goat milk chocolate truffles.
